During property inspections, Rent View staff will conduct live video calls via Zoom or WhatsApp to facilitate a real-time virtual tour. Clients are encouraged to actively participate, ask questions, and seek clarification during the virtual inspection.
1.2 Detailed information:
Our dedicated professionals will prepare document property details, including photos and videos during the inspection.
Comprehensive information will be promptly sent to clients via email or WhatsApp for a thorough review.
1.3 Application Assistance:
Rent View extends support questions about the application process. Clients will receive the application forms, links, and codes for a hassle-free online application submission.

3. Client Responsibilities:

4. Confidentiality:
Rent View respects its clients' privacy. All communication, personal information, and property-related details will be handled with the utmost confidentiality.
5. Agreement Termination:
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing with a notice period of 7 days before the scheduled Open inspection. Rent View aims to redefine the property search process by providing unparalleled services. By choosing Rent View, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

Payment Policy

The entire payment for our inspection services must be fully settled before the scheduled inspection date. Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

A late payment fee of $100 will be charged for payments received after the due date.
